Bitter Oath

Dehydrated grapefruit with a tart, bitter bite and absolutely no desire to sweeten its disposition. Drop a slice into a Paloma, gin or vodka cocktail, spritz, mocktail, or sparkling water when plain citrus just isn’t dramatic enough. It also makes a killer garnish for desserts and grazing boards, assuming it survives long enough to get there.
