The Story Behind the Chaos

There are plenty of places to buy cocktail syrup.

I just didn't want to be one of them.

Swizzle & Whisk started because I believe making a great drink shouldn't require a chemistry degree, a cabinet full of dusty ingredients, or settling for something that tastes like liquid candy. Cocktails should be approachable, a little creative, and just interesting enough to make someone ask, "Wait...what's in this?"

Everything here starts in small batches with real ingredients and a healthy amount of curiosity. Sometimes it's inspired by a classic cocktail. Sometimes it's something completely unexpected that refused to leave my brain until I made it. Either way, if it makes the cut, it's because I'd proudly pour it for friends around my own bar.

But Swizzle & Whisk has never just been about bottles on a shelf.

It's about gathering people around a drink. It's about turning a Tuesday into an occasion, making your guests think you secretly hired a bartender, and proving that mocktails deserve just as much personality as cocktails.

Whether I'm behind the bar at a private event, pouring samples at a market, or elbow-deep in another experimental syrup that may or may not become someone's new favorite, the goal is always the same:

Create flavors worth talking about and moments worth remembering.
