Apparently staying home and relaxing isn't one of my personality traits, so you'll usually find me somewhere behind a table making drinks, talking cocktails, feeding people, and convincing strangers they absolutely need a syrup they didn't know existed five minutes ago.
Every pop-up has its own personality. Some are all about handcrafted mocktails. Some are loaded with baked goods. Others are overflowing with small-batch syrups, cocktail goodies, gift boxes, and whatever recipe won the battle against the fifty-seven other ideas bouncing around in my head that week.
Whether you're stopping by for your favorite flavors, looking for something completely new, or just want to chat cocktails, come say hi. I love talking shop, helping people find their next favorite drink, and watching someone take that first sip that makes them immediately look back at the menu.

Vector Brewing HausFest
October 10, 2026 | Vector Brewing | Dallas, TX
We’re headed back to Vector for HausFest with cocktail mixers, syrups, baked goods, and the official public debut of the Flip Rolls because apparently my existing reputation for showing up at Vector with baked goods wasn’t chaotic enough.
This time, the carbs have evolved.
Six Flip Roll flavors survived the vote and earned their place at HausFest, joining the usual lineup of baked nonsense and bottles designed to make your home bar considerably less boring.
Come for the beer. Find me for the carbs and cocktail chaos. Leave with a bag full of evidence and absolutely no regrets I’m willing to acknowledge.
Piney Woods Wine Festival
October 16–17, 2026 | Lindale, TX
Swizzle & Whisk is taking the chaos east for the Piney Woods Wine Festival.
I’ll be bringing cocktail mixers, syrups, rimmers, dehydrated garnishes, baked goods, and quite possibly a wine-inspired syrup because apparently I can stay on theme when properly motivated.
And yes, there will be samples.
In tiny wine glasses.
Because we are at a wine festival and I respect tradition. Selectively.
Come drink some wine, find my booth, sample something you weren’t expecting, and leave with a few new reasons to make cocktails at home.

Unleash the Beast Powerlifting Meet
October 31, 2026 | The Castle Metroflex Gym | Fort Worth, TX
Swizzle & Magic is back, and this time we’re taking our particular brand of nonsense to a Halloween powerlifting meet. In a castle. Because apparently Galveston was only the beginning.
We’re bringing baked goods, sweet treats, coffee, and a full mocktail bar with a Halloween lineup created specifically for the occasion.
The spellbook currently has names like The Final Girl, Grave Decisions, Pick Your Poison, and Creature Feature scribbled in the margins, but consider those pending final confirmation. The final lineup will be determined by whatever our little black hearts decide when we finish concocting everything.

Swizzle & Whisk will be serving a specially curated lineup of handcrafted mocktails, with bottles of the featured syrups available to take home so you can recreate a little of the magic yourself.
