Blood Rites

Dehydrated blood orange with deep citrus flavor, a little tartness, and enough drama to justify the name. Drop a slice into an Old Fashioned, margarita, spritz, sangria, mocktail, or sparkling water for a garnish that understood the assignment. Also excellent on desserts, grazing boards, or wherever you need something pretty with vaguely sinister intentions.
